Bichectomy (Cheek Thinning)

It is the process of removing a part of the fat pad by entering through an incision made on the inner side of the cheek. It is applied on both sides and the amount of fat in the middle cheek area is reduced. In our midface, there are deep and superficial fat pads and sciatic fat pad. The volume of the Bishat fat pad is constant. Since only a part of this fat pad is removed and its volume is constant, facial collapses will not be seen in the future. However, since there will be swelling on the face after the surgery, the effect of the surgery will be seen after about 3-6 months.
